My name is Aleeza. I came across this website while Googling Traditional Irish Witchcraft. I am a Christian with the belief that you can use witchcraft in any religion. For me it is a way of life not a religion. My grandmother was an "Irish Witch" and tho she is passed on I still hear about all the "crazy" things she did when my aunts and mother were young. Such as blessing the house and putting protection spells on it. They institutionalized her.

I sit and listen to them talk about it with a different prospective. I understand what she was doing. I am so glad that people are more excepting and understanding now days.

Anyway, if anyone has any info on Irish Witchcraft I would love to hear about it. I am always learning and willing to try out anything new. (Unless it involves running around naked, my little town might not be to excepting of that lol)

IRish witchcraft from an Irish witch by Lora O Brien.
